Our Raw Ferments

Our handcrafted cultured vegetables are raw, naturally fermented and unpasteurised. In addition to the naturally occurring cultures we add a raw soil and tree bark derived probiotic culture that complements the existing natural cultures and has specific gut health benefits. Because we use additional cultures our ferments only require a short fermentation time, between 3-7 days, which means they taste fresh, crisp and not too ripe - yum!

Each ferment is made with the following probiotic cultures and if an ingredient isn't on the WHO Clean 15 list then we use organic

Bifidobacterium Bifidus, Saccharomyces Boullardii, Lactobacillus Acidophillus, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, Plantarum and saccharomyces boulardii

All our ferments - sea kimchi, cucumber and red kraut are made using the same process and probiotics, so just choose whichever ones you most like the sound of, they all have the same health benefits!
