Each jar of veggies is raw, naturally fermented and unpasturised. In addition to the naturally occurring cultures I add a raw soil and tree bark derived culture that compliments the existing natural cultures, has specific gut health benefits and is 100% survivable in the gut. I use preboitic ingredients in each recipe to feed the probiotic cultures.
Each serving (about 1 large forkful) will give you approx. 47 billion different strains of probiotics.
All the veggies - kimchi, cucumber and red kraut are made with the same process and probiotics, so just choose whichever ones you most like the sound of! When you order I'll be in touch with you to confirm which varieties you'd like and a delivery date - which is normally the 2nd Saturday of the month.
